Ju-Jitsu is for certain the supreme art of defending oneself, it promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique. Such fascinating discipline is one of the most complete in the world and is approachable to anyone, no matter the age, size or sex, as ability matters much more than muscle strength.

Kobudo is the in-depth study of the traditional Japanese weapons and represents the other side of Ju-Jitsu. The various traditional weapons such as the Tonfa, the Nunchaku, the Sai, the Kama, the Naginata, the Bo, the Jo and the Tanto are studied within a specific training path that includes their manipulation, application and the kata.

Fight Jitsu is the competitive sector of the WJJC Ju-Jitsu. The fight is not separate from Ju-Jitsu, on the back side it is integral part of it and is included in our syllabus. From the white-blue belt, a Ju-Jitsu student will begin practicing Fight Jitsu from the very basics to pass to real sparring and fighting in the following levels.

Our room used for muscular toning paid to defense is in its conception simple and essential. You will not find an environment with machinery hypertechnological but only what is needed to develop the tone of all muscle groups.
